Dr. David Pfitzer, D.M.D.

Clinic Chief

For those of you who may just be joining us, let us introduce you to The Man, The Myth, The Legend…our clinic chief, Dr. David Pfitzer! Dr. Pfitzer is from Savannah, Georgia where he held a private practice for 20 years. He received his Dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia and undergraduate degree from North Georgia College. Dr. Pfitzer served in the US Army both active and reserve, including a tour here at LRMC; where he met his wife, Martina. They currently live in Pfeffelbach with a occasional visit from four children. As a young man Dr. Pfitzer lived and worked as Divemaster in the Cayman Islands until he chose Dentistry.

Dr. Elena Moreno

General Dentist

Dr. Moreno studied Odontology in Santiage de Compostela, which is a famous city in Spain where the Way of Saint James ended. She has been a dentist for more than 20 years! Her hobbies include traveling, learning new languages (she speaks English, Spanish and German) and playing 5 different instruments! She is a mother of two and wife to a Spanish Air Force Pilot. She moved to Germany in 2016 and we are thrilled to have her with us!

Dr. Stona Jackson, D.D.S

M.S. Orthodontist

Originally a Hoosier, Dr. Jackson grew up in an Army family. After graduating from the Texas Academy of Math and Science, he studied organic chemistry at Caltech and Harvard University. In 2013, Dr. Jackson graduated with Honors from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Following graduation, he served as a general dentist at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and was one of three Army dentists selected that year for admission to the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program at the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School in Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. There he received state-of-the art training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and was Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics in 2016. Most recently he served as Chief of Orthodontics for USAG Bavaria from 2016-2019.
